How many accounts can I backup?

At this time there is no limit for the number of cPanel accounts you can backup however please be advised that running backups for multiple accounts on the same server can spike the server load causing it to potentially crash or affect the performance of your websites.

When a backup is created, is my old one removed?

No, we do not remove any backups from your account and only start the backup through your cPanel. You will need to manually remove each backup or setup some sort of cron to run to remove older backups.

What if I cannot generate a full cpanel backup through cPanel? Will you still be able to create the backup?

No, unfortunately without this option being available we will not be able to take a backup of your account.  Please contact your hosting provider to have it enabled.
